Christmas Eve

Before we headed to our Christmas Eve church service, this is what was welcoming us - snow!

The kids couldn't resist the urge to stand outside just a little before we left for my sister's house.

After church we headed over to my sister's house in Keller for our White family Christmas.

It was a little crazy traveling to and back from Keller but it was a great Christmas Eve!

Christmas in San Angelo

The weekend before Christmas we spend with my family in San Angelo. Every year my Dad's family comes for Christmas lunch. It is a fun time for all the cousins to come together and laugh and celebrate life. This year it was the year of the DS as both Jason, Jackson, Jenna and Uncle Brad all tried to master different games.

Then before everyone heads home we take family pictures. One year we will find the perfect spot where we don't all have to stare at the sun. Here is my family.

We even tried at church on Sunday to get better pictures. Here are my parents -

The kids and I stayed a little longer in San Angelo and I was able to spend some time with my Mom's side of the family. Here is my cousin Tammy and her twins Presley and Ella - aren't they adorable!

School Christmas Parties

The last week of school Jenna had a Christmas party at school. I was able to squeeze going in between meetings.

Her teacher is pregnant with her first child and is a Tech grad. Jenna was allowed to wear a Santa hat and of course the only one we have is a Texas Santa hat. Their party was a blue and white snow theme. If you are wondering why Jenna's lips are blue it is from the blue snow cones they had as a snack. She also made a cute snowflake ornament for our tree.

Earlier that week the daycare had their Christmas program that ended in a visit from Santa. As you can see from my missing son, he still isn't too keen on talking to Santa.

Big 12 Game

Dean and Jason headed to the Big 12 game on Saturday to watch the Longhorns play Nebraska. Of course they were in the cheap seats but they had a good time. Since they are guys they didn't have pictures with them in it so these will have to do.

The Longhorns won and are headed to the National Championship. It was an exciting game and for once I would appreciate it if they won in a landslide rather than the last second field goal.

Snow!

Jackson had a horrible night that started at 2 am when he crawled into our bed only to throw up in it. So that debate about whether or not I wanted to shell out money for a new comforter was settled. He was up every 30 minutes throwing up. I decided that I would work from home but I needed to run in the office for a couple of things. I pull out of the garage to snow. Now how hard was it to keep a sick 4 year old out of the snow. I compromised for just the walkway only to be met with a marble size snowball while I take a picture. Boys!
