In order to keep sane during this time of unknown I have decided to highlight my accomplishments. Here is everything that I/we accomplished during Week 1:
* installed over the range microwave
* deep cleaned the living room
* had a date day with Jason including a grown up movie
* started my workout routine that was suspended during the holidays
* one job interview
* worked on Saturday on random house projects with my Dad while Jason worked
* Hung out with my parents and nieces
Next week...the oven/stove is delivered. Yeah!

First Snow of the Year
Tooth Fairy Visits Jackson
Jackson lost his first tooth on Saturday, January 8th. He was so excited that the tooth fairy was going to visit him that he had literally slept with the pillow.
He lost his second tooth on Sunday, January 16th at a restaurant. Now that he has he money from the tooth fairy he is dying to buy a DS game. I don't think he realizes that the tooth fairy didn't give him that much money!

Happy New 2011!
New Year's Eve we spent together as a family. We ate, we played Wii Just Dance 2 and welcomed the New Year as a family. We decided not to take pictures of Jason and I competing on Just Dance but let's say it was hilarious!
The kids enjoyed the glasses more than the sparkling cider.

Jackson paused long enough from playing Super Heroes (Wolverine / Super Longhorn) to appease us with pictures - thus the outfit.

The next day we headed to Six Flags to use our season pass one last time. The kids enjoyed the snow hill.

We had a great time despite the freezing cold. Great time with friends and with each other!

Webb Family Christmas
After we had the visit from Santa it was a time for all of the Webb family to come together and celebrate Christmas. Quinn and Chloe received motorized scooters from Santa so Jenna and Jackson got to play with their non-motorized scooters.

Even Uncle Eric had some fun on the scooters.

Mid-morning we had the entire family together for lunch. The kids did their own thing and paired up by age.
The two older girls played with the Paper Jamz - in the bathroom of course because that is where the best acoustics are.

The middle girls played Barbies

The boys put Star Wars puzzles together. Of course, Uncle James and Aunt Jennifer had to finish the puzzles so we could eat, but no big deal.

Christmas Morning!
This year we celebrated Christmas as Jason's sister's house in the Houston area. We put out the reindeer food and some carrots.

Santa was able to find us and this is what we woke up to in the morning.

Jenna got a digital camera from Santa and a scrapbook kit from Mom and Dad.

Jackson got an AT-AT Walker Star Wars Lego kit from Santa and more Star Wars Lego from Grandma and Papa.

And I couldn't resist this picture of my niece Chloe. She was in heaven with her Justice bag and her grown up hat. Too cute!
