This evening when I went outside in our backyard to get the dog. When I opened the door I was surprised to see part of my tree on the ground. Earlier this year I had this tree trimmed so that the limbs weren't touching our roof. Thank God that I did because the limb missed the side of the house and windows by inches and only damaged a gutter.

Yikes! I guess it was from all of this wind...Glad to hear everything is okay.
Oh my goodness! How fortunate to have had the tree trimmed. What a blessing that there wasn't more damage.
